This project was a bond project for the City of Abilene to accommodate the needs of the growing Dyess base. The original building was less than 700 square feet, built in 1986. We demolished the interior and remodeled the existing, plus we attached a 1040 square foot addition with new ADA restrooms, a larger Lobby, waiting room, and ID Counter. We also extended a large concrete parking area with security fencing, landscaping and a large caste stone sitting wall. This project was overseen and inspected by the City of Abilene, but was coordinated with the Dyess AFB as well.
