12012 Jordy was built as a speculative building in our Greatsmith Industrial Development to be leased. The building consists of 2589 square feet of office, 7500 square feet of heated shop, and 1250 square feet for a wash bay, all fully sprinkled. The building has a TCEQ rated grey water capture system and is structurally built to hold a 5 ton crane.
