Fletch and his wife Taryn Smith, founded Fletco Construction in 2009. Fletch is an entrepreneur who has grown many businesses from zero to multi-million-dollar operations. He started this company with a vision on simplifying the construction process by providing his customers with a turn-key option that takes out all the guess work and ultimately leaves his customers with a structure they love. As the CEO, Fletch provides vision and direction for his team of professionals at Fletco Construction.

Alongside her husband, Fletch Smith, Taryn founded Fletco Construction in 2009. Skilled in management, accounting, and finance operations, Taryn leads as our CFO. Her overall knowledge and familiarity in the construction industry means she can provide viable recommendations and deliver technical solutions by thinking quick on her feet. Taryn is also a real estate broker. She graduated from The University of Texas at Permian Basin with a Bachelor of Business.

Getting his start early in construction has made Scott incredibly resourceful, and experienced. He has held various positions throughout his career including Estimator, Designer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and now COO at Fletco Construction since 2015. His proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and creativity have been integral to the success of each project. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Permian Basin and proudly served in The United States Navy.

Dave has held a Certified Public Accounting Certificate issued by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy since September 1984. He has practiced public accounting in several regional firms, operated his own consulting business and held positions in publicly traded and privately held companies over his career. He has worked with companies whose gross annual revenues have ranged from zero to $22 billion dollars. Dave currently is the Accounts Controller for Fletco Construction.

His area of specialties includes project management, superintendent, cost accounting, scheduling, and ordering. His unique background brings an insight to the most effective execution strategies to repeatedly achieve project and business objectives.

Eric serves as one of our Project Managers. He comes to Fletco with over 32 years of construction experience and has been a part of projects in 48 different states. He oversees and manages construction projects from start to finish. This involves coordinating and communicating with all parties involved, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Tess is a professional construction site manager with over 37 years of expertise in the Construction Industry. He is highly skilled in commercial, retail, and high-end residential buildings. His experience includes working with clients, architects, interior designers, and engineers and directing workers on interior and exterior systems. Some of his specialties include Specialties are Structural, Framing, Concrete, Exterior Design, and Interior Design. Interior and Exterior Finishes. Coordinating Subcontractors and Ordering Materials.

He works closely with our project management staff and assigned subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high degree of quality.

Marcos comes to Fletco Construction with quality-focused commercial construction experience and exceptional leadership skills, combined with a working knowledge of nearly all construction trades. He is detail, and quality focused, by strict adherence to blueprints, plans, and design. He has more than nine years of experience leading a team as a commercial construction superintendent on a variety of different types of projects.
