Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Fletco Construction is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operations in the sourced location including estimation, project management, and oversee daily construction operations. As an ideal candidate, you shall have a sharp mind for business and proven success in leadership and supervisory skills. As an Operations Manager you serve as a representative of our team, so it is crucial that you carry out your responsibilities in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures. Again, your demonstrated leadership and initiative is imperative for this position, as well as having interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. As a great leader you should be well organized and have excellent time management skills, you should be a self-starter and be able to motivate your team. Objectives of this role include constant communication with upper management, staff, subs, and partners to ensure proper operations.   • Planning, organizing, and evaluating the construction project according to the assigned schedule and given specifications.
  • Makes sure that all the cost and production targets are achieved by adhering to the health and safety regulations
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Serve as primary point of contact when there are any customer issues

    • Change order coordination
    • Superintendent coordination
    • Project timeline and budget
    • Client walkthroughs
  • Must have a working knowledge of Superintendent Duties

Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in construction management, applied sciences or related field, (Qualifying experience can be substituted) 
  • Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
  • Knowledge and experience in our specific field
  • Detail oriented and can multitask
  • Excels in a high-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Expert problem solver
  • MUST be proficient in computer usage and be someone who can learn new software quickly
  • Prior experience in Sage 100, QuickBooks, or other ERP’s is preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required 


This is for a full-time position only. Monday to Friday
